About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The center has two physical therapists and front-desk support and treats a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The stated annual salary range is $80,000–$95,000, based on experience. The role also offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical-services training, and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
