About The Position
ATI is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its Farmers Branch outpatient clinic. The role provides direct patient care and physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, while building strong relationships with patients to help them achieve their functional goals. The position is part of a collaborative team focused on musculoskeletal care, patient outcomes, and clinician development. ATI describes a supportive team environment with manageable caseloads, a proprietary electronic medical record and patient management tool, mentorship, residency programs, leadership training, and continuing education opportunities. The role offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus and, at select clinics, up to $6,000 in tax-free student loan assistance over five years. The stated salary range is $30–$35 per hour.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or eligibility for licensure under the rules and regulations of the state where applying.
