National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, typically visiting 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients per day. The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time physicians work 4–5 weekdays, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time physicians commit to at least 3 weekdays per week. There are no nights, on-call duties, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. Physicians learn wound management from wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors and use current wound care technologies and modalities. This is W-2 employment; work visa sponsorship is unavailable. The posting states an annual salary range of $200,000–$350,000 and notes that W-2 physicians earn an average of $300,000 per year for a 30-hour work week.
