About The Position
The Photographer is responsible for product photography across all categories for Kith.com, with a primary focus on Multi Brand. The role replicates and upholds Kith’s established product photography, lighting, and styling standards. The Photographer reports to the Photography Manager and collaborates with the broader HQ photography team to meet shared objectives and deadlines. The position requires strong attention to detail and a high taste level, with responsibility for both styling and photographing assignments. This is a temporary, full-time, 100% on-site role in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with compensation of $26–$40 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience styling and photographing footwear, apparel, and accessories for e-commerce channels.
- Knowledge of Canon camera systems.
- Knowledge of Profoto lighting and shaping tools.
- Knowledge of Capture One.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of color accuracy in photography, including color profiles, calibration, and consistent reproduction across digital mediums under varying lighting conditions and camera systems.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, style, and photograph all Multi Brand apparel styles for Kith’s digital channels according to established guides and standards.
- Complete daily queue assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Crop, output, and deliver assets for approval.
- Return all styles and/or samples in the same condition in which they were received.
