About The Position
Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Phlebotomists are an essential part of our Laboratory workflow and are responsible for specimen collection, activating and entering orders, faxing or sending orders, weekly outreach facility collections, and receiving outpatient orders and clinic-collected specimens.
Requirements
- CPR certification is required
- Excellent patient service
- Attention to detail
- Great telephone etiquette
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy certification is preferred
Responsibilities
