About The Position

SynergenX & Low T Center are nationally recognized leaders in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while building a long-term career in healthcare. You’ll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment alongside experienced providers and a supportive clinical team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the center. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, energetic, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR completion of a documented 180-hour externship
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Experience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Record accurate manual vitals
  • Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
  • Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and complete required quality control documentation
  • Run in-house labs and prepare specimens for outside laboratory testing
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of patient lab work
  • Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and ordering
  • Support front desk operations when needed
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
  • Help create a positive, welcoming, and efficient clinic environment
