About The Position

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Philanthropy Program Manager to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact trips that connect donors and church partners with IJM’s mission. The role serves as the primary intake point for North America trip requests, maintains a trip calendar aligned with field capacity and organizational priorities, and manages standardized Vision/Donor trips and bespoke Experience trips. Success is measured by high-quality donor experiences, strong field-office partnerships and satisfaction, alignment with fundraising priorities, growth in donor engagement and advancement outcomes, and scalable systems that safeguard people and preserve field capacity. The position is hybrid, with onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays for candidates in the Washington, DC area, and remote for non-local candidates.
