Pharmacy Technician - No Weekends
About The Position
CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician (described in the posting as a Patient Service Representative) at CVS Specialty Services, a Careplus pharmacy in Portland, Maine. The location serves patients with conditions including autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, HIV, oncology, and organ transplant needs. Under the direction of the Team Lead and Technician Supervisor, the role coordinates care for patients taking complex specialty medications. The technician works proactively with patients, provider offices, and clients by telephone and onsite to coordinate medication shipments, medication adherence services, provider support, and customer service. The role also requires knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations to help patients make use of integrated pharmacy services. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; this is an onsite, full-time, 40-hour-per-week position scheduled within those hours.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Maine.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
