About The Position
CVS Health is hiring a Patient Service Representative (PSR) at CVS Specialty Services, a Careplus pharmacy in Portland, Maine. The location specializes in medications for autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, HIV, oncology, and organ transplant. Working under the direction of the Team Lead and Technician Supervisor, the PSR coordinates care for patients taking complex specialty medications. The role involves working with patients, provider offices, and clients by telephone and onsite to coordinate medication shipments, medication adherence services, provider support, and customer service. The PSR also maintains thorough knowledge of specialty operations to help patients make use of CVS Specialty Services’ integrated pharmacy services. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is an onsite, full-time position working 40 hours within those hours. The role offers a stated hourly pay range of $17.00 to $28.46 and may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Maine.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
