About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician works in the Inpatient Pharmacy and performs routine technical functions under the supervision of a pharmacist. Duties include preparing patient-specific sterile products and repackaging and labeling products. This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week night-shift role at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The schedule is seven nights on and seven nights off, running from Wednesday night through the following Wednesday morning, with weekend and holiday work required according to departmental needs.
Requirements
- Obtain Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification within one year of hire or be currently enrolled in a pharmacy school program.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of pharmacy experience preferred.
