About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a temporary Pharmacy Technician to join its team in Brighton, Colorado. The Pharmacy Technician assists the Pharmacist in dispensing medication to customers and patients according to prescribed methods. The role uses a team-based care approach to support patients and their families with self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. The temporary assignment runs from the date of hire through May 2027. The clinic describes its practice as lively and focused on treating patients with respect and concern for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being, in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Salud provides integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and clinical pharmacy services, including care for individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills, including email use; basic Internet knowledge; and experience with multi-line phones.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
One year of general pharmacy experience working as a Pharmacy Technician is desired.
Obtain State Board of Pharmacy certification or provisional certification before the start date.
If granted provisional certification, pass the CPHT examination within the timeframe required by the State Board of Pharmacy (18 months), unless the Board grants an extension.
Maintain valid and current state licensure for continued employment.
