The Operations Representative supports pharmacy operations teams and supervisors, working alongside internal customers and leading projects that support production goals. The role advocates for production-floor employees, provides direction and peer support, and assists supervisors with follow-up, coaching, and administrative duties so they can spend more time engaging with staff. It works with limited supervision and shifts between administrative support and production tasks according to operational needs. The position has two primary functions: supporting production staff by promoting employee engagement and working in at least one trained production area as needed, and supporting Operations Supervisors by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects and meetings, and maintaining consistent communications across shifts. Production support may increase during high-volume periods, including 1-1 readiness and holidays. The Operations Representative works in assigned areas such as the Warehouse, Packing, or Bulk and Prep; helps replenish supplies, coordinate communication, support projects such as Kan Ban rollouts and inventories, and assist with workload and resource allocation. The role also provides administrative support to all supervisors on shift and coordinates daily with other Operations Representatives to help ensure all three shifts receive consistent information and support. The position must remain trained and current in at least one pharmacy production area.
