About The Position

The Pharmacy Operation Administrative Coordinator supports pharmacy operations teams and Supervisors while also working in production areas as needed. The role partners with internal customers, coordinates projects that support production goals, advocates for production-floor employees, and assists supervisors with follow-up, coaching, and administrative work. The position works with limited supervision and must stay trained and current in at least one back-end pharmacy production area. The role has two primary functions: supporting production employees and operational needs, and providing administrative coordination for Operations Supervisors. Production support may include working in the Warehouse, Packing, or Bulk and Prep areas; replenishing supplies; assisting with communication, projects, workload distribution, and workflow; and supporting higher production needs during busy periods such as 1-1 readiness and holidays. Administrative support includes coordinating meetings and projects, tracking supervisor tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining consistent communications across all three shifts. The position is 100% onsite in Whitestown, Indiana, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
