About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations at Premier Community HealthCare Group, a Federally Qualified Health Center, supporting the organization’s mission to provide safe, affordable, quality healthcare and improve access to care. The role oversees medication dispensing and management, leads pharmacy technicians, collaborates with providers, and helps patients receive appropriate medications and guidance. The manager promotes a supportive team culture, service excellence, confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in Florida.
• Five or more years of successful pharmacist experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification and annual compliance.

Nice To Haves

• PharmD.
• Experience in an FQHC and 340B pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and safe medication dispensing.
• Lead, coach, onboard, and support pharmacy technicians.
• Partner with providers to address medication needs and therapy concerns.
• Counsel patients and help resolve potential drug therapy issues.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure adequate supply.
• Ensure compliance with Florida pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, HRSA 340B, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Promote service excellence, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
