About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity within a high-volume retail pharmacy supported by an established and experienced team. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is comfortable managing operations, supporting staff, and maintaining structure within a busy environment.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage workflow and handle high-volume operations
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Lead and support pharmacy staff, providing direction and maintaining workflow.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations within a high-volume setting.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.
