About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations and serves as the pharmacist in charge, with responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial performance. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and support for patients managing acute and chronic conditions. The position offers the opportunity to lead in a progressive pharmacy setting and build relationships with patients and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Act as pharmacist in charge and be responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance.
