About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team and is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance while acting as the pharmacist in charge. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. The Pharmacy Manager works in a fast-paced, evolving pharmacy setting and partners with management on initiatives to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge, under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager.
