About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a progressive pharmacy team focused on direct patient care, wellness services, and meaningful relationships with patients. The manager contributes to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, this role is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as the pharmacist in charge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
