About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team and is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance while acting as pharmacist in charge, under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role delivers direct patient care and wellness services, supports disease state management and medication therapy optimization, and helps patients manage acute and chronic conditions. The manager also maintains operational standards and develops the team and pharmacy business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer certification is required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
