About The Position

Albertsons Companies is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team and provide direct patient care and wellness services. The manager contributes to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, this role is responsible for pharmacy financial performance and serves as the pharmacist in charge. The position is presented as an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving retail pharmacy environment and includes a special cash incentive and relocation offer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.
• Manage pharmacy financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
• Contribute to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and care for acute and chronic conditions.
