About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team and serves as the pharmacist in charge, under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and contributes to patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and support for acute and chronic conditions. The manager maintains operational, safety, and compliance standards, supervises and develops the pharmacy team, and partners with management on initiatives to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Be responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
