About The Position

Pfizer GH&B Canada is creating a new retail pharmacy account-management capability as its multisource and biosimilars portfolio expands. The Ontario Pharmacy Key Account Manager will turn retail priorities into execution at the account level, initially focusing on supportive care biosimilars, where pharmacy dispensing decisions influence which product patients receive. The role complements Institutional Key Account Managers, who focus on institutions, and reports to the Ontario Regional Business Manager. The PKAM builds trusted relationships with pharmacy decision-makers and influencers, grows Pfizer's presence and product availability in retail pharmacies, and develops account strategies and commercial approaches aligned with customer needs and GH&B Canada's strategy. The position works across field and head-office teams to coordinate customer engagement, achieve sales objectives, share market insights, monitor account performance, and support patient access. All commercial activity must comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Gather and share insights about retail pharmacy channel trends, competitor activity in the multisource biosimilar market, and account-level sales and share performance with GH&B leadership, Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Analyze account activity, monitor progress against account plans and channel objectives, and adjust action plans and resource allocation as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and deliver compliant educational programs for retail pharmacy customers, attend relevant conventions and events, and use Pfizer resources to benefit key customer segments.
