About The Position

The Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager role applies complex financial, contractual, and business strategies to large, high-impact agreements negotiated between CVS Health and its PBM clients. As part of the broader Client and Finance organization, the role assists in maintaining and developing contracts that reflect evolving industry strategies in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape. The position supports health plan client retention, influences operational execution so negotiated intent is achieved, mitigates financial and relationship risks, facilitates strategic discussions with health plan clients and consultants, and negotiates contracts that accurately document agreed-upon terms and conditions. It ensures proper documentation, execution, and handoff of contracts across internal stakeholders. Success requires communicating contracting edits to internal partners, minimizing errors, and implementing evolving legal strategies in response to market dynamics to develop competitive, profitable, and attractive pricing offers. This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The stated base pay range is $46,988 to $122,400, with eligibility for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
