About The Position

This role provides distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the pharmacist. The Pharmacy Advocate Technician will be responsible for refilling and maintaining automated dispensing systems, preparing orders, maintaining inventory, repackaging bulk medications, and receiving and storing incoming supplies. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison between the pharmacy, patient, and health professionals by providing necessary information.

Requirements

• In Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association.

Responsibilities
