About The Position
SDS-Rx is seeking delivery contractors to make pharmaceutical deliveries in Salina, Kansas. Drivers use their own vehicle to complete accepted delivery jobs, following assigned delivery routes and schedules. The role involves delivering pharmaceuticals and equipment, loading and unloading totes or bags that generally weigh under 20 pounds, and completing delivery paperwork and delivery information using a personal smartphone.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Have no more than 3 combined at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Own a vehicle; this route requires a 2011 or newer sedan or larger vehicle.
- Carry current vehicle insurance and meet the minimum requirement of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury coverage.
Responsibilities
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules for accepted routes and jobs.
- Deliver a variety of pharmaceuticals and equipment.
- Use a personal vehicle to complete accepted delivery jobs.
- Load and unload totes or bags, generally weighing under 20 pounds.
