About The Position

SDS Rx, Powered by DHL, is a nationwide courier company specializing in the transport of nuclear medicine. The Dispatcher monitors and dispatches deliveries in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmits concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM and pays $20 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, timely, and solution-oriented customer communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers, drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, including the ability to resolve operational challenges independently.
• Experience using dispatch, tracking, and transportation management systems, including E-Courier or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of routes, service areas, and dispatch operations.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, documentation, and system navigation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to resolve service issues and meet customer commitments.
• Reliability, adaptability, regular attendance, and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and dispatch deliveries in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Transmit concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Manage customer inquiries, service exceptions, and escalations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate service updates and set clear expectations regarding deliveries, delays, and issue resolution.
• Resolve operational challenges and collaborate across teams to address service issues and meet customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
