About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial for ensuring pet owners receive the guidance needed to effectively use products, thereby contributing to pets' improved health and owner confidence. The specialist will sell products and services for a pet client focused on pet owners, with a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives. The role involves transforming prospects into brand loyalists through effective sales techniques and leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos. The position offers uncapped commission with significant earning potential in a global remote environment, emphasizing ethical sales practices and brand integrity.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self starters, who are motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment are required.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Enough dedicated internet speed to support calls and software without delays, or dropped audio. Minimum [10] Mbps download / [5] Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet client.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment.
• Sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.
• Partner with brands that care about what their selling, working with those who sell products of the highest quality and follow strict regulations.

Benefits

• Uncapped commission with estimated first-year on-target earnings of $55,000–$100,000
• Unlimited upside based on performance
• Hourly + Commission pay structure option: guaranteed hourly base rate (set at your state's minimum wage) paid every pay period, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales paid every two weeks.
• Higher-Commission Plan option: 14%–17% commission on net sales (roughly 20%–25% of gross sales), paid every two weeks.
• Built-in earnings floor on the Higher-Commission Plan: if commissions ever fall below your state's minimum wage for hours worked, we make up the difference with a non-recoverable guarantee.
