Pet Groomer Full Time or Part Time
About The Position
Bark & Mane is hiring an experienced pet groomer to provide luxury, one-on-one grooming in a mobile grooming van. Groomers work independently and focus on pets’ safety, individual needs, and quality of care in a manageable daily schedule. The company’s concierge and fleet teams handle scheduling and van maintenance, allowing groomers to focus on grooming. The role offers control over scheduled days, flexibility, and the option to decline aggressive dogs. No degree is required. The custom-designed vans are equipped with climate control, electricity, water, and grooming equipment, and operate without external hookups. Bark & Mane describes its service as 100% cage-free and one-on-one, in clients’ driveways. Compensation is approximately $275 per day, including base pay, tips, and a weekly performance bonus. The company also offers referral bonuses, a four-day work week, paid time off, insurance, ongoing grooming education, mentorship, and other wellness support.
