About The Position

Bark & Mane is hiring an experienced pet groomer to provide luxury, one-on-one grooming in custom-designed mobile grooming vans. Groomers work independently and focus on the safety and quality of each appointment, with manageable daily schedules and the option to decline aggressive dogs. In-house concierge and fleet teams handle scheduling and van maintenance so groomers can focus on pet care. The vans provide a cage-free grooming environment in clients’ driveways and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water without requiring external hookups. The role offers schedule flexibility, including four-day work weeks and control over scheduled days. Compensation is approximately $275 per day, including base pay, tips, and a weekly performance bonus. The company covers fuel costs and grooming tools and supplies, and provides a fully equipped van, ongoing paid grooming, and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

Grooming experience.
No degree is required.
