About The Position

Robin Run Village is hiring a Personalized Living Aide to support residents in its independent living areas on the community’s 86-acre campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role helps residents maintain their independence by providing practical assistance, wellness support, and companionship. The position is listed as part-time and weekends only.

The aide assists residents with daily activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, and getting ready for social events; escorts them to meals, activities, and walks; provides medication reminders and basic wellness checks; and records observations about resident well-being. The aide also coordinates with the clinical team to support consistent care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Commitment to the community’s safety standards.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Genuine passion for seniors and the ability to help people feel seen and heard.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar caregiver role.

Responsibilities
