About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while accommodating their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain an organized, sanitary kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide engages compassionately with residents, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas to provide a clean and welcoming environment for resident meals and social gatherings.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
