Personalized Living Aide
About The Position
Robin Run Village is hiring a Personalized Living Aide to support residents in its independent living areas on its Indianapolis campus. The role focuses on helping residents maintain independence through practical assistance, wellness support, companionship, and coordination with the clinical team. The aide may help with daily activities such as light housekeeping, laundry, and getting ready for social events; escort residents to meals and activities or for walks; provide medication reminders and simple wellness checks; and document resident well-being. The position is based at Robin Run Village, a senior living community on an 86-acre campus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Commitment to the community's safety standards.
- Genuine passion for seniors and ability to help residents feel seen and heard.
- Proactive and reliable approach to work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar caregiver role.
- Enjoyment of working in an environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including light housekeeping, laundry, and getting ready for social events.
