About The Position

This part-time Digital Clerk position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and providing a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders throughout the store, accurately verifying and bagging items, staging orders, and assisting customers at the curbside pickup area. The position is active and involves using technology, following procedures and food safety guidelines, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection during the carside experience.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
