About The Position

This part-time position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and providing a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders accurately and promptly, collecting payment at pickup, and supporting customer loyalty and satisfaction. A Digital Clerk receives workflow through a dashboard and completes orders throughout the shift, while following store procedures and food safety guidelines. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous service in the curbside pickup area, accurately fulfill orders, and collect payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
