About The Position

The Personal Shopper, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps deliver an accurate, friendly, and convenient pickup experience. The role involves receiving order workflows through a dashboard, shopping throughout the store, scanning and verifying products, bagging items according to standards, and storing and staging completed orders while following food safety guidelines. The position also provides customer service and collects payment during curbside pickup. The posted title specifies Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience.
Past cashier experience.
Past online ordering experience.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers’ online orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide courteous service in the curbside pickup area and collect payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly by partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
