About The Position

The Life Enrichment Coordinator supports residents in independent recreation based on individual preferences and helps ensure residents can make personal choices consistent with their service plans. The role interacts courteously and respectfully with residents, families, staff, and visitors, helps protect residents from abuse, and attends required in-service education programs. The position is based at The Addison of Narcoossee, a senior living community in Saint Cloud, Florida, serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Help ensure residents are free from physical, verbal, and sexual abuse.
• Support residents' independent recreation based on their individual preferences.
• Ensure residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with their service plans.
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by Sonida Senior Living and state and federal guidelines.
