About The Position
The Life Enrichment Coordinator works at The Addison of Oviedo, a Sonida Senior Living community in Oviedo, Florida, providing quality care in an assisted living and memory care community. The role supports residents’ independent recreation and personal choices, and interacts respectfully with residents, families, staff, and visitors. The position also helps ensure residents are free from abuse and attends required in-service education programs.

Responsibilities
- Interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
- Ensure residents are free from physical, verbal, and sexual abuse.
- Support residents’ independent recreation based on their individual preferences.
- Ensure residents’ right to make personal choices in agreement with their service plan.
- Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL and state and federal guidelines.
