About The Position

Camellia Place in Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living Community, is hiring Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care and support to senior residents. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition; documenting care; following safety and infection control guidelines; and communicating compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
