About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care and support to senior residents. The role involves helping residents with activities of daily living, supporting meals and household tasks, monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition, documenting care, following safety and infection control guidelines, and communicating compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Training is provided for candidates without prior caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
