About The Position
Camellia Place in Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living community, is hiring Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care and support to senior residents. The role involves helping residents with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition; documenting care; following safety and infection control guidelines; and communicating compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Training is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
- Document care accurately and promptly.
- Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
- Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
