About The Position

The Claiborne at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living community, is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care and support to senior residents. The role focuses on helping residents with daily activities, supporting their comfort and safety, monitoring and documenting care, and communicating compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
