About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients with daily activities and helps them remain at home while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
