About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support its growing Client Service Center. The role manages a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. The Account Manager builds client relationships, manages policy servicing, and supports clients with coverage strategies and solutions. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

Active P&C license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
