Requirements

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance is essential.
• Candidates with a background in companies like State Farm are highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions for standard personal lines accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice.
