About The Position

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Personal Insurance Executive builds new business relationships and delivers tailored insurance coverage solutions across habitational, property, casualty, and other available products for both prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, gather underwriting information, and manage the submission process to the Underwriting or Marketing Departments as required. As a key member of the HUB team, the Personal Insurance Executive takes a consultative approach to understanding client needs, educating clients on our insurance products, and building lasting relationships grounded in trust and expertise. You will also collaborate across sales channels to grow awareness of HUB's offerings, develop new business ventures, and contribute to expanding our market share in support of company goals.

Requirements

  • Level 2 license required.
  • Current knowledge in all aspects of personal lines is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance sales is preferred.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • CAIB designation highly preferred.
