The Account Executive - Personal Insurance role focuses on the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Personal Lines accounts. This includes ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction, marketing and placing renewal accounts, and achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and providing extraordinary client service. The position also involves supporting Producers' sales efforts, performing annual reviews and risk exposure analyses, maintaining electronic client files, managing expiration lists and aged receivables, responding to client inquiries, and keeping current with underwriting requirements and industry trends.
