About The Position

Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service for personal lines customers. This role is limited to residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage or agency setting.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• Experience negotiating with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for the best rates.
• Ability to handle new and renewal submissions.
• Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotes for personal lines customers.
