About The Position

The Personal Insurance Account Manager provides full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. The role involves quoting, renewing, and servicing policies, managing accounts with premiums up to $15,000 and an average account size of $3,000, and working with insurance carriers to help ensure suitable client coverage. The Account Manager builds and maintains client relationships, responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and uses Applied EPIC to manage accounts and documentation. This is a fully onsite role within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred; candidates without one must be willing to obtain it.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
Open to candidates with varying experience levels, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Applied EPIC software.
A Property & Casualty (P&C) license.

Responsibilities

Provide full-service account management for personal lines clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.

Contribute to a positive office culture and collaborate with experienced team members.
