We are seeking a full-time Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager for our Jackson, Minnesota location. This position works closely with all producers and customers to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Licensing in Property/Casualty and Life/Health is a plus; however, we will assist in training to secure proper licensing.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in PC based applications (Microsoft, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with agent to produce new accounts and retention of existing Personal Lines accounts.
• Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of producer and agency activities.
• Gather policy information as needed for renewals, changes, and quotations.
• Maintain strong business relationships with external vendors, including underwriting, claims, and accounting staff of the insurance carriers represented by Bank Midwest Insurance Services.
• Working knowledge of the agency's core systems; EPIC and insurance carrier sites.
• Respond to customer needs by handling calls, customer contact and documentation within management system, along with producing binders, certificates, and/or related items; verify accuracy.
