About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager for their Personal Lines team. This role is responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. The Account Manager will also serve as a mentor to associates on the team and act as an advisor and consultant to clients. A strong understanding of the marketplace and the ability to build and maintain relationships with insurance carrier partners are essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry
• P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
